How to install french language on a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 lite SM-N7508V

My cousin bought a Samsung Note 3 Lite SM-N7508V from China. And I would like to install French language input because there is only English and Chinese. I tried to solve the issue by myself using ALP language installer and I totally messed up ( my phone bricked ) . So could you please provide a secured method.
