How to deodex systemui and framework

Hi devs.

I am using kitchen on windows 10.
My pc specs are
4gb ram
Core 2 duo 3.33ghz each

I am able to deodex every app successfulley including systemui and framework on kitchen. I made the rom and flashed it.

With deodexed systemui and framework some of the apps force closed.

Then i deodexed again all apps but not the syatemui and framework and now i can use each and every app.

So basically i want to know where the problem would de.

And how to resolve it.
