How to change Galaxy apps Store language?

Galaxy app store displayed in maybe Dutch language. Attachment 3467521
How to change to English language?
Is it any way?

I contacted samsung about that and they told me "you activated your phone for the first time by a Dutch SIM"

This answer doesn't satisfy me.
