This is a friend's phone. When he tries to turn on the phone, he is experiencing boot loop. The samsung logo comes up and it restarts over and over. The PC does not recognize the phone at all. How can he retrieve his data and repair his phone. At least recover his data...:confused::confused::confused::confused::co nfused:
