[Help] No Rom,OS or backup to boot into.

I am running bump TWRP 2.8.0.0. No Backup, no Custom Rom, No OS installed. I do have the SDK on my computer and adb does work and find my device when in recovery mode. I have tried LG flash tool and when it gets to "Ready" on COM41 and i plug my phone and then back in nothing. Every time. I have updated everything and reinstalled everything. still nothing. I have tried to install a custom ROM like blisspop 4.0 & 4.1 . it goes though but then fails unsupported baseband. Any ideas? Roms i should try? ( would like some with good cameras.) Can i root with adb sideload?
