[HELP] LG G Vista LG-D631 (AT&T)

As the title states, needing help with my LG G Vista LG-D631 (AT&T)...

I already have it rooted with custom recovery.

I am looking for a ROM that will work this phone. I have been unsuccessful in finding one.

I would like a SLIMROM or PARANOID ... but at this time, I am willing to try anything with decent battery life (daily used).

PS... How can I "permanently" delete/remove the KINDLE app..? I have tried using TitaniumBackup but when I reboot, the app is back.
I have only been successful in "FREEZING" the app...

Please reply or point me in the right direction to look.
