Guys need heeeeelp!!! stuck at startup with HTC logo

So today i received a new OTA update by number 7.17.661.35 , and after installing it, my phone became a brick, it just wont start, there is no reboot or power down, its just stuck on HTC logo, please guy i need help, or at least someone send me the NEW OTA 7.17.661.35, and i will try to handle it by myself
