Tested on PLK-L01 from Germany.
Download the following file:

Insert you IMEI1 and choose "HUAWEI Y300-0000" as model.
Copy the product ID.
On the following picture it is in german, but I think you understand the way how to enter the information:

You have to login via Facebook to get the code.
