My Note 5 has never been rooted or attempted to be rooted from day one, but Good for Enterprise is showing that I'm rooted, so I can't get my work email.
What's more is that I'm the only Note 5 on T-Mobile at work. Everyone else is on the other 3 major carriers, so they can't compare my situation with anyone else. All the other Note 5's are registering fine.
I called my IT department, Good tech support, and T-Mobile (who said they could actually see if my device was rooted?). Nobody had a clue. They all suggested I factory reset and add Good as my first app and see what happens. But I don't want to waste time re-setting up my phone if this is something that's flawed with the phone itself.
Has anyone else experienced this? Did T-Mobile bake something into the firmware of this phone?
