Okay so about a week ago I was showing my friend a picture off a GroupMe and all of a sudden my screen shaded green. After that the keyboard moves everywhere and all of the graphics move. I can barely text or do anything on my phone. I contacted Samsung and they had me do a factory reset and run in SafeMode but the problem still occurred. if I lock the phone then the screen stays black until I take the battery out and put it back in. I don't know if this is related but my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi refuse to turn on. Do y'all know what this might be and if so how do I fix it?
