Galaxy s5 from parallel factory?

i am looking to buy a galaxy s5 and i searched on our stores ,
one of the stores (verified one) said that she has a galaxy s5 from a parallel factory and its from Samsung original but not from the koren factory

is it true ?
can it be ?
