Function not Implemented in Insmod (Dump the volatile memory with LiME)

I'm trying to dump the volatile memory in the Android Virtual Device with LiME. I have followed the two tutorials as needed. Although this compiling process made a real headache, but finally I can make lime.ko file to be pushed to the sdcard as requested. Unfortunately, when I was trying to run a command "insmod lime.ko path=tcp:4444 format=lime" on the commandline. It has failed. There is a message: "insmod: init_module '/sdcard/lime.ko' failed (Function not implemented)" I've tried to googling it to find the solution, unfortunately there is no correct one to solve my problem. So, I am asking the suggestion for my problem. Any advice is more than welcome.
