Finally found out how to register ro 4pda

I've been looking for god knows how long, tried using virtual keyboards, copy pastes, going through proxies, the lot.
Everywhere I was looking were just people struggling like me with no solution.

But I figured it out. And I feel stupid.

The captcha with the Russian letters actually means: (number) PLUS (number) IS?
i.e. if for example the captcha were 56плюс22равно, the correct reply would be 78.
