Facing a problem in my MMX A114

Hey i have MMX A114 and have kitkat 4.4 ROM. Since last two weaks my phone showing ads even i have blocked them, and automatically downloading apps and two background apps are running.. 1. Timeservice
2. Mobile monkey
Help me what to do..
Is there any problem with ROM or other reasons????
