etc folder is gone on my galaxy trend plus s7580

i can't turn on WI-FI and bleutooth and i lost souung and vibration and my found doesn't read the SD Card and internet doesnt work in some apps execpt whatsap and chrome . and the reason was when i deleted etc folder from root by mistake please any one can help me out to fix thiss.... ????:(:(:(
