Email app that supports IMAP and specific time to sync

Ok I'm looking for email app for android to support an specific time to sync... so let's say I want my app to sync my IMAP personal mail only at 9:00am and 16:00pm and done...

Is it possible? gmail apps only has til every 1 hour which is too frequent for me... (getting a lot of spam from UNI but I can't disable individual... so all or not)
