Does it have oleophob display? (antifingerprint)

You know these kind of glitchy displays, the expensive ones?
Because i heard it has this cheap display without oleophobic spray on it, so your finger kinda "sticks on dry display" when using it and you can see every fingerprint

If its the cheap one, does screen protector out of glass help?
