I know this question probably gets beat to death over generations......
My last phone was the Note 2 & I was simply able to use the Csc "Enable Desktop As Default" to get permanent desktop view. But with my Note 5 the Csc string does not work all the time, it's driving me nuts as I hate mobile view.
Is there another method (hopefully simple) that works for Lollipop besides running xposed? I've searched on & off for days & couldn't find an answer. Just messing around & tried "<CscFeature_Web_SetUserAgent>Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/38.0.2125.102 Safari/537.36</CscFeature_Web_SetUserAgent>" but no luck.
Before anyone wastes their time replying..... I'm looking to enable permanent desktop view for the stock browser, not Chrome or any other 3rd party browser. Please no replies regarding about:useragent or about:debug.
N920T rooted w/ jovy's stock deodexed ROM.
Thanks
