CM10.2 Rom charging issue

I have a htc one v primoc/cdma with the cyanogenmod10.2 rom from http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2532756 its also using the kernel included with the rom. Now my issue is when i plug in my charger it does not say its charging but the percentage will go up it does seem to charge but cm does not seem to be detecting the charger actually being plugged in. idk if this is a kernel issue or what but any help would be appreciated thanks
