Change over to COG2 from COD6

Hey everyone. I'm currently running a stock version of 5.0.1 COD6 that is deodexed and rooted, of course. I would like to update to the stock version of 5.1.1 found in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note...soon-t3180555/.

I need some direction on getting to COG2. It is my understanding I just need to flash the modem and one other file via ODIN to change over to COG2. Can someone point me in the direction of some step by step directions on getting this done.
