Cell standby

I had a rooted black s6 and switched to a stock phone cause my wife wanted the black one. Anyways, now that I'm on 5.1.1 I'm noticing the cell standby is crazy high, like 30-40%. I've scoured the forums for a fix and tried them all but none seem to work.

Figured I'd post here to see what anyone can offer. Thanks in advance.
