cant install some appsa after link2sd second sd partision deleted !

hello everyone .

I have a LG L7 II rooted . i installed link2sd and linked chrome , plus , messenger and ... . Unfortunately i deleted the second sd part ( not Intentional ) . so the chrome , plus etc removed from my phone . i tried to install them from google play store but it gave me (( not enough storage )) error but i have 700 MB free on internal storage . so i open setting --> apps , fine plus , uninstall it and again tried to install it from google play . this time , it successfully installed . now my problem : i want to install chrome from google play store . it give me same (( not enough storage )) error . i go to setting --> apps ( all tab ) , fine a program named com.android.chrome , open it but cant uninstall it . also the System app uninstaller cant fine chrome to uninstall it . now what can I do ?? how to uninstall com.android.chrome etc or how to install chrome etc ??
