can't Update my Z2 anymore !?

hello guys lets get to the point

i got z2 d6503 rooted on android 5 every thing is fine but the problem is i can't update it either from pc sony program
or phone update center both can't identify the phone or say something went wrong and it just keep going this way any way to fix that ?
