Can I restore a NANDROID backup made from an HTC One M8 Int'I to Harmon Kardon?

A friend will be selling his HTC One M8 Harman Kardon to me soon, while I own an HTC One M8 International version. What I plan to do is make a NANDROID backup of my current system (ViperOne 4.6.0) then install the latest TWRP on my new HK version phone, then restore the NANDROID I just made. Will there be any problems with doing this?

BTW I am in the Philippines, so the HK version will not be used as a Sprint phone, and instead will be for GSM/WCDMA/LTE band here in my country.
