Best program to sync Outlook Calendar via USB?

Hey everyone... I've got a Nexus 6 I use for work and unfortunately we don't have an Exchange Server to globally sync calendars. The only workaround is to manually sync Outlook with my phone via USB on my work computer. Because I don't know what the best solution/software for this solution could be, I welcome any suggestions.
