Asus Fonepad 7 (FE375CL) root help

Hey, I've been looking for days on how to root this phablet, but I can't seem to find anything. I only want to root because I need to install Xposed Framework (my proximity sensor is broken, need to disable it)

I found one website, but it looks super sketchy and I don't know if it's trust worthy. The phone is on the latest update of 5.0.1 Lollipop. Thank you :) It's the K01Q variant
