Any Samsung Theme Designers here with a Mac?

I was accepted as a theme designer months and months ago, but still have not been able to make a single theme. First they told me I owned a Mac and the Mac application wasn't ready yet and to wait another month. A month goes by and they tell me the Mac app is done, but they haven't updated their site for me to download it and to wait another month. Another month goes by and finally I can download it. However, every time I try to download it I get an error telling me the file is damaged and can't be installed. I contacted the special developer edition support and they told me to try Google Chrome (I was using that) or literally to get another computer lol. Obviously, my brand new 27" iMac with latest software is not the problem. Still I can not download it and am wondering if any other theme designers also have Macs and if they have run into this problem as well? I doubt I am the only theme designer with a Mac.
