1. Download theme from link below.
2. Place the theme zip in either your internal or external SD card.
3. Boot into recovery.
4. Wipe cache/Dalvik cache and flash Anakonda.
5. Reboot and Enjoy!!!!

Team Xtreme, Team Wicked nor myself are not responsible for anything that may go wrong with your phone. You are big boys and girls and should know how to do a nandroid backup.
Furthermore, I do not know if this will flash on any other ROM -- Don't ask. But feel free to do a nandroid and try it and report back.
