Amulet screen cracked



Loved my Gear S watch! Run with it, used it as my second phone, while in Europe, but .. after 6 months of use it did not start one morning.
Since I have purchased it in Russia, brought it to local Samsung service center and they plugged their power cable and made it work.. same day I found out that the battery drain is huge on it going from 100% to 5% in 2 hours without data service being on.. I figured out that was Bluetooth problem, reset the Gear and reinstalled the Gear Manager and had another week of enjoyment... till...
One morning I was charging watch powered down for the first time (too many notifications from overseas)... and could not start it up.. more accurately the screen would not turn on as it responded to my touch and I heard the start up music.
then I feel the heat at the top of the screen and saw small spot appeared at the top of the tiny screen under Gorilla glass.
Took it back to the service center and got the answer that the screen has a crack and it's not covered under the warranty.
Watch never has been dropped or hit, there is no sign of damage on the external glass and I am sure that Amulet thin screen cracked because of internal overheating...
But after talking to several Service Managers in the office and contacting Customer service on the website: I get the same response: external mechanical damage is not covered under the warranty.
Can anyone suggest what I should do?
