Accidentally went into Donwload Mode. Not running ODIN/LOKI, can I just restart?

So, I was trying to help a friend with an issue and went into download mode to check something and accidentally hit the up arrow. Right now my phone is sitting at "Downloading... Do not turn off target!!". I am not running anything on my PC, is it safe to go ahead and turn the phone off/on again?

Just some specs, I am running an OF1 offline update from OTA OC1 and have the phone rooted. Not sure if that means anything but figured it can't hurt.
