[HELP] some touchscreen area do not work...

Touchscreen not responding

I switched out the lcd and digitizer on my phone and now I get no touch response, what could I have done wrong?

touchscreen gone, ne way to make USB storage instead of charge?

I really need a guru here with this one! Dropped the phone last tuesday, screen cracked, and is no longer operable. Since the Nexus 4 has no SD card, I have no way of retrieving the data on it. When I plug the usb cable into the computer, it defaults to charging mode instead of mass storage mode to mount a drive on the computer. Screen is locked with my chosen pattern. Is there any way at all to make the the phone automatically mount the drive instead of going to charging mode?

Backup data after touchscreen cracked

hi folks,

a few days ago the touchscreen of my g2 cracked because a perfume bottle felt on it :(

now the touchscreen is only working in the lower bottom.
auto rotation is turned off and i cant turn it on anymore because of the broken screen.

in usb settings i ve choosed only charge and i think this must be the reason why my mouse which i ve connected via otg wont get recognized.
i cant change this option no more because of brooken screen.

im using cloudy 2.2b(4.4 base) and dorinmax kernel.

is there any solution for me before i send it to repair?

Touchscreen doing things on its own while battery is low

I have a Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet (acclaim) 16GB that I have flashed the latest CM 11 stable snapshot onto using ClockworkMod 6.0.5.1. I flashed it by creating a bootable SD card with CWM as directed by the CM Wiki, booted into it, cleared cache and dalvik cache, then flashed the .zip from the SD card. I did not install GApps or anything else, so it is a clean install.

Everything works fine until the battery gets low (around 15%), that's when the trouble begins. The screen will begin to behave very strangely, it will randomly tap, scroll, open apps, type jibberish on the keyboard, etc. and won't allow me to do anything other than hit the lock button. Once I charge it back up the issue goes away. This is not a hardware issue, being as this issue does not occur on the stock Barnes & Noble software. I've searched Google, forums, etc. but I haven't found anyone else who is having the same issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Help!! Touchscreen not working!!

2 weeks ago i went out for a swim with my Xperia Z1 Compact
after i came back the phone had water droplets on both the cameras
I tried to dry it as quickly as possible during which the phone started to malfunction (the ambient light sensor stopped working, the touch screen started to do things on its own, the front camera stopped working)
And now after 2 weeks of trying to dry the phone from inside everything is back to normal
the light sensor works, the front camera works, the sound works
the only thing that doesnt work is the touch screen, i cant touch at any part of the screen

Can someone tell me what the problem might be and how to fix it?

Touchscreen Stopped Working! Please Help!

I was using my phone last night. One second it was working fine, then next second the touchscreen stopped working. The two touchscreen buttons on either side of the Home button work (back arrow and tabs button), but the rest of the screen will not respond. Here are the steps I have taken to no avail:

1) Held down the volume down + power button to do a soft reset.
2) Rebooted into recovery mode and did a factory data reset.
3) Removed the screen protector.

None of it worked. I contacted Samsung through their live chat. He had me do a factory data reset a second time, which didn't work. He said I have to fill out a warranty claim and send the phone back to Samsung for repair and I will be without the phone for up to 14 days since I have had the phone longer than 30 days and I don't have ins. The phone is practically brand new and has no damage and was working fine until this. Sprint pushed out an update within the last 5 days and it seemed to be working fine until this (G920PVPU2BOH1). I am not rooted. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

Xperia V Touchscreen Problem

My friend used his xv and submerged it in the pool for taking pictures. After like a few minutes, it didnt repond to any touch and suddenly it shut down. He opened the back cover to see if there was any leak and took out the battery, but there was none and all ports were closed but the camera lens show there was moist and some water droplets formed. When he try to put back the battery the flash led kept on blinking and the phone won't turn on. He assumed there was a leak so he let the phone dry and when there was no more water droplets in the camera lens, he put the battery and the phone turned on, but now the problem is that the screen wont respond to any touch. :(

If the same case happened to any xv owner or anyone who can suggest a possible solution, please let us know, it will be very much appreciated. Thanx
