TMO NEXUS 6 Battery life since newest update

My device is unrooted

Everything was going great until the newest update that came last week. Since this my battery life has gone down hill fast. I feel like I'm back on my G1.

I have two questions is anyone else having this issue at all?

My other question is all my previous phones have had SD card spots so when I reset myphone all my pictures are stored there. If I reset myphone do I lose all my pictures?

How to get better battery Life?

Warning : don't hate plz.

So I have thought about my phone (The e970) and I've come to the conclusion that the only thing that is really wrong with it is the battery life.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get great battery life? I saw some guy here on XDA who was extreme and like took apart his phone and stuff but I would really like a simple solution. I am rooted and on CyanogenMod.

Huawei Watch Battery life Thread

The battery life on the watch seems to be much better than my Urbane so far. I used it all day yesterday and I still had at least another day of use left. I still charged jt last night but I might try to see how long it will last before it dies.

Here it is with ambient mlde always on, WiFi on, and brightness set at 4.

Post you battery life below:

What's your battery life looking like?

Ever since I've upgraded to the latest firmware my phone has not been lasting me the whole day like it used to on kit Kat.

My OPOs battery life

the last time my OPO isn't functioning as it should whenever i charge and use my phone at the same time (lowest brightness and no bluetooth) my phone loses percentages. Last night I left my phone in the charger finding it being 20% less then i put it in the charger. other times when i put my phone off in the charger it gains 10% per hour. I have not boot loaded, flashed or done any of that stuff my Rom COS is 12.1 and i have read that there are several others with this problem. also I have read that using another rom will solve this problem. when i tried flashing after installing the TWRP doesn't work and i can't get in recovery-mode.
Im pretty sad that my OPO is having these problems. does anyone has some suggestions on what to do?
Also i had various battery managers who said charging would only take 2 hours and in reality it took 24 h+.
thanks for reading

Samsung Galaxy S5 prime Bad Battery life!!

AoA Everyone <br />
I own a samsung galaxy s5 prime sm g906s by sk telecom. It is a beautiful phone updated to lollipop 5.0.1 via sammobile. But I am having trouble with its bad battery life which drains very fast. I have no useless features on like smart stay etc. No GPS, no sync, no Bluetooth, dont use 3g or 4g only use wifi. I am attaching some screenshots that you people can have a look at. They are with normal use only and you can see the battery drain. If i use a bit heavy with playing a few games battery only lasts for 4 hours maximum. Please help.

One of the most important things about today gadgets is battery and SOT. It will differ depending of your apps and usage, but it's still good to share tips and tricks.

Note 3 Battery Life

So guys, I've seen on forum people posting battery results and some get around 6 and some get around 9 hours of screen on time.

Can someone explain how that works? I barely get about 3 hours of screen on time and it just sucks. Some Roms I get 4 hours.

I use greenify, low brightness, plain wallpaper, have disabled many apps i'm not using. I still see drops in battery. I unplug my phone at 100% and drops abt 5-6 % in few minutes.

On Audax Rom and Audax kernel right now. Is there a right combo of ROM and kernel I should use?

If someone could shed some light, that would be great.

Battery life so far on the G4 is horrible

Is the G4 really this bad? I bought one a few days ago, coming from the G2. I'm waiting for it to settle in but damn.. this thing goes through 3000mah like a fat kid through candy. My G2, now 2 years old lasts twice as long SOT. 6 hours to 3. I just.. I want to love the 4, but it is just too power hungry. Does this beast settle down over time? I have a week more to return it for something else, and on the verge.

Battery Life with CM12.1

Hello,

I have my Nexus 4 now installed with the latest release of the CM12.1.
Attached I have some screenshots from one day battery life.

But I never used the radio so much. In the evening it dropped from 30% to 11% in around an hour.

My question is is the amount of Alarm wakeups normal? Those are 2.3/minute with the com.google.android.gms service.
Seems a little high for me.

I have no clue what service could take and generate the wakeups so much.
Thanks a lot for any help I can get.
best regards,
Mark

Dual Sim & Battery Life

Is dual SIM a complete battery hog? Anyone with experience using dual SIM cards?

Thoughts, tips, etc...

Stable ROM with a good battery life

Guys, I'm looking for a stable ROM which once flashed doesn't require any fixes, kernel optimisations, doesn't contain bugs and stuff, you know the deal.
I would like it preferably to be a GPE ROM but that isn't necessary.
Also it should have a nice battery life.
I know that this question has probably been asked before, so if you point me to a nice thread about these conditions, I would like that too :D

Battery life thread

Hey guys, let's share our battery life/screen on time and kernel configurations used.

This SOT was with medium to hard usage yesterday, and i'm pretty satisfied to be honest. Configurations are:
-Boeffla kernel
-cpu Underclock to 1190 Mhz
-i'm testing governors, don't know wich is the best for battery (any advice?)
-GPU underclock to 389 mhz, simple_ondemand governor
-75mV undervolt

Please share your experiences too.

how to improve your android smartphone battery life?

There are few things more frustrating than watching your smartphone’s battery life drain away by the middle of the day when you just put it in your pocket with a full charge that morning. And as phones get bigger, processors get more powerful, and data networks get faster, the demand for juice is greater than ever.

Best ROM for battery life

So, I saw that there are a lot of ROMs available for s4 right now. I wanna know, which one in your opinion gives the most amount of juice? Whether it is a Touchwiz based ROM or an AOSP based rom or a Cyanogen based rom.

New research tool can improve battery life by 16%

Thought some of the devs might find this interesting. Sounds like a great function.
