how to build .apk from 4.4.4 source?

Hello

I am pretty new to this so please bare with me :).

I want to install: Google Account Manager, Google Play Services, Google Services Framework and Google Play Store based off Kitkat 4.4.4. I did some research and I can find .apk for the above but I am not able find out if they are based of Kitkat 4.4.4 or not.

Instead of installing some random apk, I would like to create an apk of my own which is based off Kitkat 4.4.4. What all is required to get started? I am pretty novice to all these, please help me out.

Can't find Android Keyboard (AOSP) .apk anywhere.

Since I got my OnePlus 2 on the day of release the Google Keyboard that comes with Oxygen OS botheres me a lot since it only has the long-press key feature on the numer-row.
(I cannot longpress e.g. "m" to write "?" or whatever)

The Android Keyborad (AOSP) that comes with cyanogenmod which is on my "old" Oppo Find 7 has this feature.
So I was looking around for an .apk on the Playstore, Aptoide, F-Droid & the internet in general via search engine.
I could not find a single .apk file only fake sites, like this app doesn't even exist even though it's so essential and better than the Google Keyboard & also obviously supported by CM.
I found some forum posts about how it was in the playstore but the Google ID

Am I missing somehting ridiculously obvious here?

[Q] Need latest Google Play Services .apk for Honeycomb 3.2.1

Does anyone here know where to get it, or be able to get it off a Flyer still running 3.2.1?

I've tried ApkMirror and Google and have had zero luck, (jumps straight from 2.3 to 4.x

I would be extremely, EXTREMELY grateful.
