Help with Clock Widget

yesterday I put my Phone in my pocket and I forgot to turn it off. After i took it out of my pocket a few hours later , a bunch off Apps were open. After closing them , my Clock Widget was gone and I am unable to put it back on my screen. I tried clearing the cache in recovery , I cleared the clock apps cache ... but still nothing. Btw. I am stock ... not rooted. version. 5.1 [2.10.161.7]
