Kernel damaged components.. - possible?

Some time ago my phone got damaged GPS and I'm thinking what could damage it.
Could it be ROM or Custom kernel? What do you think guys?

Damaged EFS, no backup - is it possible to flash from another phone (damaged)?

I have a problem with my S5. After flashing a custom ROM I found out that my IMEI is null, and so the EFS is corrupted. I tried to restore it from backup only to find out that I have deleted the backup :eek:

What can I do now? I anything? Would restoring EFS from another S5 (with damaged mainboard) could be a solution?
Generally everything works except of phone modem, I have got IMEI written - is there maybe a method to set the IMEI without EFS or a method to create EFS? I already tried sam IMEI changers, but I found out that they only do this on the application level - apps will be able to read different IMEI for licensing, but phone still sees NULL IMEI.

HIdden files on damaged galaxy S6

Hello... I have an issue that I hope some one can assist me with.

Synopsis: Dropped my galaxy s6 to the point that the screen no longer functions. It is just black. So I am unable to to do anything. There are files in a folder that I hid by adding a '.' to the front of the file name. So those files are still hidden. When I access the directories via usb on my laptop and copy the folder where the files are, the hidden files are not copied.

the phone does not have USB debugging turned on...

Is there anyway for me to retrieve these files?

Phone taking too long to charge, usb port damaged?

I bought this phone used but it looks like new (no scratches, scuffs or anything really). After using it for 2 days I plugged it a micro usb 2 (I don't have the usb 3 coord) to charge the device.
I was using a 2A charger (the one from LG G2) and I noticed it took almost 3 hours to charge from 40% to 100%, isn't that too long?
I also have problems connecting it to my PC since it is always connecting and disconnecting (my Galaxy Nexus also does that but has no problems while charging and it's not too agressive in the pc part so I am not sure if it is from the phone or from the pc).
I've tested with various usb cords... same result

Is my battery damaged?

So after i put in a new ROM which was lollipop styled but base was 4.4.2KK I decided to check battery temp and its showing 50C/122F
But i decided to open the case and touch it because if it was 50C i would obviously burn my hand but it couldnt be more than I'd guess 30C-35C
My device is a Xolo Q800 with a 2100 Li-Ion battery and now i'm running a 5.1.1 Lollipop ROM and its still showing 52C-59C and when i touch the battery it feels cooler than my hand (which is 37C obviously) and also the charge and discharge time is about the same as a matter of fact the new 5.1.1 ROM saves more battery and its lasting longer.
I already deleted batterystats.bin with the battery calibration app and it still shows 50C normal and while playing Mortal Kombat X at full brightness in heat outside it goes to 59C
So is my battery damaged? and if it isnt what should i do, i'm thinking of getting a new battery but this one works fine

Damaged screen

It seems that sweat got underneath the screen of my G2, and the lower part of the touch screen does not respond any more. So I can't access to the navigation buttons (home, back, etc) and the app drawer button. The phone suddenly becomes useless. Any way to savage the phone?
