HTC One M8 camera keeps crashing randomly.

Hello,
My HTC One M8 (T-mobile) has been acting up lately. The camera crashes randomly when I open the camera app. There is no error message, it just crashes and phones goes back to the home screen.
I have tried other camera apps too, same fate.
I think I have started noticing this after the latest android security update that was installed a week ago.

Anyone facing similar issues?

I have tried force stop, clear cache, clear data and even a factory reset. Nothing helped.

Crashing

I just bought a Shield TV 16Gb and have had alot of crashing and this app isn't responding messages. Anyone have these problems or have a solution?

I have had this happen on a newly purchased Doom 3, KODI and even getting into settings just seems to freeze and stop responding at times. I am on the latest update that I can be on. Any help would be appreciated.

Settings Crashing?

If I go into Settings, Sounds and Notifications, Ringtones and Sounds and select Messages Notifications or Calendar Notifications they both crash the settings with a message "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped" Any ideas? The other ring tones setting and notifications sounds are all fine. Restarting doesn't seem to help and the phone isn't modified in any way other than using the google now launcher.

google voice app keeps crashing when I text, please help :(

When I want to speak a text message using google it crashes almost every-time and freezing my phone for about 30 seconds with a message saying: Unfortunately, google app has stopped, report, ok?


If I click on the voice search app icon from google and ask for the weather etc it never crashes! It only crashes when I speak a text message almost every time!

** I have cleared the data and cache, and even did a factory reset, still crashing!! **

I have a Samsung Note 3 with 4.3 jellybean. My phone was sent from t mobile like this because I told them I did not want kitkat or lolly pop and corporate sent me this phone that wont update, what I wanted. Could it be crashing because I have a older OS (jellybean) ? I don't want a newer OS- hate to have to type all my text messages :(

Download Mode Crashing

Hello, I seem to be having some issues with my Tab S using Download Mode. Being on a Mac, I use Heimdall for all my Samsung Rooting needs and had never had any problems on my S4. When I try to root my Tab S however after a little while it gives me an error, releases my Tab and I end up having to use Volume Down + Home + Power to reset my tab because it becomes none responsive. Any suggestions?

google play services crashing without an error message

a while ago my phone screen stopped working for no reason it was not even because i dropped my phone , touch screen was fine and you could see the screen lights up but nothing on the screen so i had it changed when i got my phone back i noticed that google play store was missing and also went to the apps list but could not find google play services so i just rebooted the phone and everything was back to normal then after some time the phone started to lag every like ten seconds however after a day or two of monitoring the running services i noticed that google play services ( gmscorestatsservice---indexworkerservice---checkinservice ) was constantly trying to restart but the timers would also remain the same and without getting any error message
to solve the problem i tried the following:
removing all the apps - resetting the phone - did not work
removing all the apps - unrooting - resetting the phone - did not work
rooting the device again - resetting the phone - did not work

note: the phone is almost useless because of this issue
so if anyone can give me an advice i would be so much grateful

new update - play services crashing

I received an update for my 2014 Moto X on Verizon this morning. After the update google play services continually crashes. I tried uninstalling the updates to play services, but the box is greyed out. When I try to disable and renable it, android says play services is a device administrator and needs to be disabled. When I disable all the device administrators they just turn grey and the box stays checked.

Does somebody have a previous version of play services that I can install, or know the three digit version number so I can download previous versions? Is it possible to roll back or will I have to factory reset my device again?

Stock 5.1.1 rom crashing on SGS6

I'm experiencing crashes where I'm suddenly presented with the Samsung logo and everything is restarted.
I'm guessing that's due to Nova launcher since this is a fresh install of stock non-rooted 5.1.1 ROM (QOH8).
Basically only Nova had been installed and Touchwiz theme applied.
What worries me is this is not just an app crash..
Same thing happened on the POGJ build the phone was shipped with.

Anyone else experienced this?
How can I pull logs (since i'm not rooted)?

[SM-920F] Everything crashing, problem with memory?

Hey everybody. I have Galaxy S6 SM-920F, with BOG8 XEO (Poland) firmware, COH2 modem + bootloader flashing via Odin, XtreStoLite 2.2 + Aliance Framework v3.1 and UniKernel v7. Everything worked very well about 1 Month... But I have no idea why my Phone is crashing... stock messege app crash when I open the keyboard.. i must install second messegae app to work.. scrolling is crashing, some apps crashing (Eurosport, gmail, sport.pl, filmweb, groupon, OneDrive, Peel Smart Remote, WeatherPro and something else). I try to format /cache, /data, /system to f2fs format, wipe everything and install firmware BOG8 via Odin, when Phone is clear (without any application) work well, but when I install some apps everything starts crashing.. On stock firmware the problem repeat. Without installation any apps Phone works, with apps - crash.

Wipe, format, clear installation, re-partition with pit - nothing helps. What should I do? My knox is 0x1, so my warranty is invalid..
