galaxy alpha 850F no network

hello guys ;

i recently bought a new galaxy alpha 850F but yesterday the phone won't connect to any network , i made some researches and i found out that my imei was changed by it self O_o for 365************* to 0049 can someone help me please i can't receive or make phone calls .

I'm wondering, are there any plans for a miui build for the alpha?
Also I'm guessing it would be easier once we have a fully working CM version
So once that happens is anyone willing to build miui?
I wish I could but I'm not a dev :/

galaxy alpha cover

Hi I buy a flip cover for this phone with window in front and the back is battery cover. On that battery cover it is 2 pins. For what is that pins? The flip cover is not working like an s view cover. I don't know why. How the s view cover works? The phone have a hall sensor and the cover have a magnet? Why my case have 2 pins on the battery cover?

Is there any way to remotely change settings on a Galaxy Alpha with a broken LCD?

I have a Galaxy Alpha with a broken screen from a drop. The device seems to be able to boot up, but screen is black so I cant even see anything. Samsung is asking me for 2/3 of what I paid for it, in order to replace the broken screen. Which is a non-starter.

The phone is really only of use to me as a "home" for the Gear app for syncing my Samsung Gear S watch. Unfortunately I had the phone offline and sync was off, at the time I dropped it. I'd rather not buy another phone just as a home for the watch and obviously, I dont want pay for a new screen when the cost is almost price of buying the phone.

Is there anyway for me to turn on the sync remotely or via a host PC? Just so I can turn the sync on and keep being able to use the email on my smartwatch. I have tried the find my phone on Google dashboard but my only option there is to wipe the device or make a call to it, but I cant control any of the settings otherwise.

Any ideas helpful...

Redmi note 4g miui 7 lollipop [Alpha]

Recently, I have been browsing on the miui forums(en.miui.com) seeing people ranting about miui 7 having no lollipop, So I had an idea instead of porting the whole rom, I have decided to port the applications, ui and framework to an AOSP rom(in this case cm12). props to haoyangw.

Alpha 850M vs 850F?

Hey everyone, noob here. I have an 850M on the way. I chose that over the A based on all the info posted on several threads. I was a bit concerned that the M wouldn't have all the necessary LTE bands for TMobile, however there was one thread here that clarified any doubts. After ordering the M, I saw that the 850F is available in aqua blue, very cool! It's a unique color I've never seen on any other smartphone. I really want the blue color instead of the gold version of the 850M that I ordered. I searched extensively, but can't find any definitive answer on the 850F. Some say the F is missing the 1700/2100 bands, others say it's present and works with Tmobile just fine.

Has anyone used the 850F on Tmobile, if so how are the LTE speeds? In my area, Tmobile LTE speeds are blazing fast. I consistently get 25-35 mb on an old LG G2, off peak hours I can get as high as 50-60 mb. I want to get the 850F in blue but not if it can't be LTE compatible. Any feedback or comments would be appreciated!

Galaxy alpha low power audio playback

hello guys

i,ve purchased the samsung galaxy alpha recently g850f the exynos chipset model , i did read that this chipset do have a cortex a5 core that's responsible for audio tasks such as playing music so the 8 cores can enter deep sleep mode , ive been monitoring it recently and i found that during playing music the cpu stays at its lowest speed but never goes into deep sleep mode , is that normal or is there some way to enable lpa like a build.prop line or so ?
