-- Wipe dalvik cache/system/data/cache if Coming from a different ROM
-- If is a Mokee for Quark ROM update no need to Wipe, if bootloop wipe dalvik cache/cache if also bootloop Wipe dalvik cache/system/data/cache
-- Flash ROM (Wait! the install process is slow)
-- Flash Gapps
-- Reboot

-- First boot might take a while around 5 to 10 minutes so don't panic, it will boot fine.
