Any S-off method without sunshine on Hboot 1.57 ?

Hey Guys.

I'm looking for a way to get S-off on my device without Sunshine cuz 25$ is way too much for me.
I want to install a 4.4 KitKat GPE Rom , I don't know why but my device feels so slow with lollipop.
Can't even properly game now.

Can't unlock bootloader. ROM updated but HBOOT outdated?

I've been attempting to unlock the phone via HTCDev, but the fastboot oem get_identifier_token command kept on failing.
Apparently this was an outdated HBOOT.

What's interesting, is that I have the LATEST ROM version, while the HBOOT is OUTDATED.

All attempts at RUU have failed, as it tries to update to an OLDER ROM, but NEWER HBOOT, and it says that the ROM is outdated, despite being the opposite, and suggest an OTA update from the phone's settings, which obviously fails (as there is no newer version)

Of course, I can't root it in any other way, as Unrevoked's downloads never start, and Revolutionary's site is down.
