Tried Installing GPE Rom on Sprint HTC One Bricked Please Help

Hello everyone I have a Sprint Htc One M7_WLS .
It was running the latest lollipop firmware i thin it's 6.23.xx.
I have tried converting it to stock Google Play Edition using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2358781.
The installation went well but unforttunately my phone's stuck in reboot Loop.

Now I used This RUU "RUU_M7_WL_L50_SENSE60_SPCS_MR_Sprint_WWE_6.23 .651 .6_Radio_1.01.20.1225_CNV_CNV_SPCS_4.38_003_releas e_425282_signed_2"

To Revert back Now i Get a Error 155.Yes i did relock my bootloader.I have also changed the MID & CID
Please help.
Current OS Version : 5.11.1700.3
HBOOT : 1.54.0000
I Have access to TWRP & CWM Recovery
