[Q] Nexus 5 D821 No Network

Hi guys,i've been searching around but still didn't found any related/solution thread so I decided to create this post.
I bought this Nexus 5 D821 LTE 16GB it didn't detect any network not even 2G/3G/4G....
Even manual searching network fail to find any Telco with fixed 0 dbm and 99 Asu....
The weird thing is when I try *#*#4636*#*# n select radio band I just have 1 USA Band option....
Can any1 confirm the Radio Band options for D820 and D821???
