phone does not restart without pulling the battery out after installing limonchelo

just installed limonchelo novamod sdsteam on my lenovo k3 note and clicked on restart but the phone powers off and does not restart the battery has to be pulled out for the phone to come on it does the same for powering off the phone.

need a solution or a good working rom
