LG H340n Bootloader Unlock!

Hello i have an LG H340n from TIM and i am trying to unlock the bootloader but with no hope ! i tried a lot of things and i need some help :)
also i think its a adb drivers issue!
First i cant find my phone on adb.exe devices when i am at download mode!
I tried:
fastboot oem-unlock
adb reboot oem-unlock
halp meh :/
