VOLTE support on 5.1 GPE issue

Hi All,

I have a HTC One M8 which originally was a sense based phone purchased in the UK from Giff Gaff so was unbranded, I have converted it to a GPE edition which updates OTA (not rooted) its updated to H9 release today but was previously running the H6 release.

My carrier (Three UK) has announced it has rolled out VOLTE, something I had never heard of, it seems they are only supporting Three branded Galaxy S5 at the moment, anyway I was having a play around trying to get it working.

VOLTE isn't an option in any of my menus, If I search for LTE it finds the "Enhanced LTE" option but when I click on the search result it goes to the networks menu where the option should be but its not there.

I then found out about the *#*#4636#*#* menu, initially in the menu VOLTE flag was turned off. I turned it on and restarted the device about 6 times, the option still doesn't show up. I have since turned on the 2x IMS settings as well and restarted but the option still appear.

I have tried to turn the VOLTE flag off since but it won't turn off now in the *#*# menu.

Build.prop request for VOLTE users.

Can someone do me a huge favor and dump their build.prop here?
I have had no luck getting advanced calling 1.0, HD calling, VOLTE, whatever you want to call it. On my rooted G4. Factory reset, add, remove, feature... No go.
I'd like to compare my build brop to someone that has working Advanced calling.

Custom ROM - VoLTE

Hello,

I have a G900A S5.

G900A is rooted and on lollipop 5.0 with OA1 bootloader.

I would like to know is there any custom ROM which I can flash and VoLTE can work on that with any international SIM?
Basically, G900A requires ATT SIM for VoLTE to work. But I would like to have VoLTE with different operator so please suggest which custom ROM to use if any available.

How to use AT&T VOLTE and WiFi Calling?

Hi everyone, I'm on an unlocked/rooted/xposed G928T on AT&T, and I'm wondering if it's possible to enable those features through my AT&T SIM. When I enable WiFi Calling in settings, it simply pops up an "invalid SIM" error as I'm not a T-Mobile customer.

Furthermore, even though I have the proper APN set up and AT&T has an iPhone 6+ IMEI in the system for my SIM (so VOLTE is set up on their end), I can't seem to get VOLTE to work either.

Any ideas? Perhaps I need a system dump of the AT&T version to piece it all together?

Does the Z5 support VoLTE?

Planning on getting the Z5 when it comes out, and switching to T-Mobile. I have been hearing recently that some Band 12 LTE phones, which the Z5 is part of, supports the data transfer, but not VoLTE to make calls. This is a reasonably big deal cause the phone doesn't switch to HSPA or GSM to make the call, for some technical reason.

Nothing in the white paper says it does, and google doesn't pull up any relevant results, so just wondering if anyone here knew

T-Moble 920T SIM Unlocking and keeping WiFi Calling and VoLTE (Can it be done?)

Guys, I have a question for anyone that's SIM unlocked their 920T's. At the moment, my 920T is running xtresolite 2.2. It's based off a 920F firmware. As you know, this is an International version. To further complicate things, I needed to SIM unlock my phone so right now I'm using the MetroPCS COF9 baseband. Every time I switch back to a T-Mobile based ROM, my SIM unlock gets pulled and the phone is relocked back to T-Mobile (has been confirmed in multiple posts on XDA). I'd just stay with xtresolite 2.2 but I have no wifi calling or volte. I'm trying to find a rom for this phone that supports a different carrier sim as well as volte/wifi calling when I switch back to my T-Mobile sim. Is this possible?

All the ROM's I find for the 920T are either locked down T-Mobile ROM's under that development section and the general development section is mostly compatible International variants - but lacking WiFi calling or VoLTE. I'm beginning to think these two things just can't work together on the same ROM.
