Reactivation lock doesn't get turn off need help

I'm having issue with my note 4 N910C ,I need to root my phone for root or flashing twrp recovery reactivation lock must be untick when I try to untick it doesn't get turn off I also flash the stock rom after flashing a rom, I can't turn off the reactivation lock of my phone. I uncheck it, but when I enter download or recovery mode, it is still turned on and this doesn't link to any samsung id account but show activation lock on in download mode even I flash stock rom and done hard format but still got this issue

I only know my knox bit is 0x1 and reactivation lock its displayed on !
On samsung account via web im not able to disable it i dont have the reactivation lock button! i flash stock firmware kk lolipop and its stil on !i have any posibility to disable this ? i cant flash anything custom and i whant to disable on security i dont have nothing about this it

i have disable fingerprint lockscreen i have the password .
but somehowe the mark stay on .

N910c reactivation locked issue need help

I have a issue with my phone note 4 N910C issue is that I can't sign out from reactivation lock when I go to security and there is green sign on reactivation lock when tap it it take me to next page ask for my id password I type the password it accept but when go back to reactivation lock again reactivation is enabled I also disabled (find my phone remote control) and flashed it but the reactivation lock doesn't get off very annoying issue

Lost credentials for Samsung Account,how to remove reactivation lock and power it off

Hello,i have lost all credentials to my samsung account. I have power on reactivation lock,but after factory reset i must enter original samsung account credentials which was entered before. So,im asking here for any solution.. i need to power off reactivation lock because i will flash different stock rom (non-branded). Any ideas ? Thank you
