Teamwin Logo comes and Dissapears and this process continues after factory resseting

my mini s3 was with lolipop rom downloaded from maclaw.pl and i factory reset it
and when it restarted the teamwin logo appears an goes
again appears and goes
i too tried clock work recovery but the screen goes blank after samsung boot logo appears after flashing cmw
please help me

please help supersu dissapears after attempting root

I have the sm-t230nu and i download the apk for supersu and I try to root and after i try to root it dissapears and i can't find it after that. Also it is important to know that when i try to download from the google play store it says google pay store stopped working. Also ive tried to download the apk and clear data and download from google play but that still doesnt work because when i attempt to root it still dissapears
