Developer phone but Motorola website cannot unlock

I have a dev phone purchased here (white back)

however, following instructions on this site and inputting the code, it says 'my device isn't eligible for unlocking'. I thought all dev phones are. What am I missing? The phone does boot up with the verizon logo - does that have anything to do with it? The phone is on 4.2.2 so I believe I have some options but see that if you go past 4.4, then you would have to have write protection enabled

Help with this website

I have not been on here for a few yesrs. I used to be able to chose my device (LGMS395 In this case) and find custom roms. I can no longer find any roms listed for any device anywhere. No need to tell me to read. I have already spent 5 hours reading and looking. Do you still have custom roms here and if so where are they?

Problem installing the ROM downloaded from your website

I already know that this problem in treated in many thread, but no one of the solution proposed works.

Hi i'm alberto, and i'm new for the forum.

I'm really going crazy as i tried to root my new alcatel idol3 6045y with King user, but after for an error I unistalled it. After that i tried to root with kingo and then with SuperSU. This made a big mess on my phone that now result nrooted. But none of these3 rooting app works!
I' would like to restore the real factopry state. But the factory reset doesn't do that. For this reason i downloaded the zip restore file for my phone (Model: 6045Y(Europe) Firmware: 5.0.2-010 06) from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/idol...dates-t3163745
I also have the twrp-2.8.7.0-idol3 installed on my phone.
I also followed this thread ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/idol...catel-t3161878 ) to find the way to install that ROM, without success. i also installed the root from the zip file in the twrp, but again without success!!

I downloaded the 6045Y 5.0.2-010 06 TWRP backup (includes boot and system image).zip as I didn't the backup before rooting. I know i'm really stupid, but know it's to late!!

I wiped all data and formatted everithing and then tried to installi the 6045Y 5.0.2-010 06 TWRP backup (includes boot and system image).zip but it says FAILED! and i noticed that it start sayng E: Find_File: Error opening 'sys/class/backlight'

I really don't know whta to do right know :confused::(
