Viper One OTA

So im running viper rom 3.50 however keep getting a notification about an OTA from ATT. I always say no (even tried blocking all OTA updates) but its always coming up, eventually rebooting into recovery. I know Viper says it has OTA.... so is this OTA from them. I dont know how an OTA works for a custom rom?

This is going to be short and sweat. I recently installed the viper one m8....it's nice and all but the status bar changes colors to match the app and it's getting annoying cause its either rally bright or way off...


Is there any way to just make the status bar stay black?
