lg vs985 Verizon

Hi to everyone, I have an LG VS985 with verizon. I'm tired of paying so much money so I'm planning on switching to Boost or Striaght talk. I had a question, as my phone is locked with Verizon, if I unlock it and then switch to another carrier will my phone get black listed? The termination fee is 0 and I have to make my next payment in 2 weeks.

VS985 bootloop, not recognizing battery?

Like title says, my VS985 is looping in random ways and sometimes doesn't recognize that the battery is in the phone. Here is an overview:

- While off the charger, it is unresponsive, no buttons work.
- Recovery button combo does not work. I cannot get into recovery at all.
- While plugged in, it shows the battery screen, then reboots into a loop, has a long vibration
- Plug in + power button is a short vibration, I see the LG screen then it reboots to the above loop
- Plug into PC + up button shows the download mode screen then reboots to above loop
- At random times it will display the gray screen as if I plugged it in with no battery

Am I screwed? Wanted to sell this thing but I doubt it now. It was rooted running an older Euphoria build

I've googled the heck out of this. I have tried ioroot.apk, towlroot.apk, kingroot.apk. I have ran many adb scripts including Newest root method V03, LG root script 2014 v1.2, many others. I have pushed busybox to /data/local/tmp and superuser. No root. however, with all the said I have root checker pro. 1. Superuser apk is installed. 2.Superuser binary is installed, well somewhat. 3. Root user account errror. 4. no root shell user. 5. busybox is not installed. I do also have newest TWRP and it is fully working. SU binary will not update normal or in TWRP. I have tried to manually in stalled the su UPDATE zip, didnt work. i have tried to uninstall SU with full unroot so i can try to reintall it, it will not uninstall no matter what i do.

Kernel for vs985 on cloudy 2.5?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a modified stock kernel that's compatible with vs985 on cloudy 2.5? Thanks!:)
