TF700t Boot problem

Hi, im new here and i have problem with booting up my TF700t...

I did the process uncountably many times with clockwork and twrp recovery, i wiped out completely everything and i can say i tried everything to make it work... but when tablet tries to boot, there appears asus logo, then the four penguins show up with some codes, the last one is "preinit : finished - booting your operating system" ... sometimes there appears another two codes under that, but only sometimes. Then the crombi kk animation shows up and get stuck. This is repeating without end. I tried everything on all the forums i managed to google out but the problem still resists. It looks like my last chance is to post my problem here.

Thank you and sorry for my bad english

[Q] possible permanent soft-brick tf700t

So, I just managed to get the Bootloader unlocked, flashed CWRM and then accidentally hit the factory reset button from the system settings menu, and am now stuck in the reset recovery screen.

I have access to adb but not fastboot. I have not done anything with NVFLASH

Am I permanently screwed for this motherboard or can I still be recovered?

repairing a TF700T?

i have a transformer infinity tablet that over a year ago stopped functioning.. in fact, i purchased it originally and it lasted less than a year before it stopped booting past the BIOS, ASUS forced me to pay 0 for repairs because it was rooted, even though it was a HARDWARE failure as they said the onboard storage chip fried.. so they replaced it after i paid them only for it to happen again.. not wanting to spend another 0 for something that would probably just fail, yet again (never buying ASUS again now) its just been sitting in a box

now i notice i can buy working motherboards for .. my question is would there be any soldering involved, any hardware locking issues or could i purchase a replacement motherboard, replace the old with it and fix my tablet?
